I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and I haven’t had any problems. I don’t really know the office staff only because I don’t... go to the office very often. They maintained staff is pretty good. Pest control is awesome! That’s the best part about this apartment. I haven’t seen a bug in over a year or so. When you call about pest control they come right away. The only thing I don’t like is that the rent goes up every year.Read More about Resident

A VERY Appreciative Tenant
I had lived here for over five years now and this has definitely become home for me. Two years ago I was diagnosed with a... terminal illness and everyone here at Brookstone & Terrace from the office staff to the maintenance have gone above and beyond for me. They've taken the time out of their day to check on me, see how I'm doing and making sure there's nothing I need. Finding people who truly care can be hard to find these days but to have a whole community care the way this one does is a true blessing!Read More about A VERY Appreciative Tenant
